free of plasticizers and may be provided with special features such as antistatic,

Butadiene Styrene ( ABS ) Sheets
ABS sheets are ideal for vacuum forming and have excellent impact resistance.
They are used for vacuum formed luggage shells, auto accessories, refrigerator
lining,interior panels of luxury coaches, executive chair backs etc. We also
offer Flame retardant ABS sheets and Printed ABS sheets.

Polypropylene
Sheets
Polypropylene sheet is a tough and durable material with superior fatigue
and chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties.
These sheets are used extensively as construction material for equipment's
in textile, sugar, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
Caprihans also offers polypropylene sheets laminated with glass fabric, where
the glass fabric acts as bonding medium between Polypropylene and the substrate
material which is either mild steel or FRP.
We also offer Polypropylene sheets reinforced with talc. These sheets have
excellent dimensional stability and are suitable for panelling, false ceiling
and bathroom doors. It is also used for interior panels of mini buses and
bus bodies. Available in a range of attractive colours and an attractive embossing
design.
High Density
Polyethylene Sheets ( HDPE )
HDPE sheets are similar to polypropylene in performance except that they have
a lower melting point and heat more uniformily. It is an excellent chemical
resistant material and is widely used for construction of chemical equipments.
HDPE is also extensively used for fabrication of card cans used in Textile
Industry. These sheets are available in attractive colours.
High Impact
Polystyrene Sheets ( HIPS )
HIPS sheets have excellent vacuum formability and are used for refrigerator
liners, containers for packing
margarine, shrikhand etc. It is also used for publicity and display articles,
glow-signs, sanitary ware and other industrial vacuum formed components. Rubber
content in HIPS improves its impact resistance. HIPS sheets have excellent
printability.
