We
represent one of the largest Aluminium Company in India. It is also
among the world's ten lowest cost producers. The foil plant has
an installed capacity of 20,000 TPA with plans to double the same
in the next 2-3 years time. This division commenced production in
March '98 and produces foil for various applications in thickness'
ranging from 8 microns to 200 microns. The maximum width offered
is 925 mm.

The foil plant has 5 State- of the-art Rolling Mills and 5 Composite
Tandem Finishing Foil mills. The mills are from ALUSCHINGEN, Germany
and the company has technical tie-up with REYNOLD METAL Inc. USA.
- The
foil plant has the capability to produce all kinds of two, three,
and four ply laminates on Rotomac extruder.

Foil is supplied in 7/8/9/12 micron thickness - soft Aluminium foil.
The foil is laminated in combination to either paper, polyester, polyethylene,
or Cellophane for packing chocolates, chewing gum, biscuits, tea coffee,
breakfast cereals, spices, dry fruits, soups, juices, stock cubes
and other food products. It is used in pouches and sachets for packing
contraceptives, and other pharmaceutical products. |
